Why Showrunner exists

The show already lives in your inbox. It just isn't usable there.

Booking offers, riders, contracts, and advancing threads arrive as prose — and someone at the venue retypes all of it into spreadsheets, calendars, and settlement sheets. Every retype is a chance for a wrong get-in, a missed rider line, a fee that doesn't match the contract.

Showrunner reads the forwarded email or signed contract and builds the production record itself. From there it runs the whole lifecycle — offer, hold, contract, advance, show day, settled — with ticketing built in. Ticket money settles directly to your own Stripe account; Showrunner never holds your funds.

We're building this for roughly 75 venues in the Nordics — not for everyone, and not as a demo. It's the tool your team opens every day.

Our model, plainly: a flat subscription keeps the lights on, and small per-ticket fees paid by the buyer fund the rest. We only do well when your shows sell.

No more retyping offers

Every booking offer, rider, and advancing email becomes a structured record automatically — nothing copied into a spreadsheet by hand.

Everyone sees the right thing

Role-based visibility means finance sees the deal terms, the bar manager sees the rider, and nobody sees what they shouldn't.

Show day, sorted

A live runsheet pulls every confirmed detail — times, contacts, riders — into one place your whole crew can see on the day.

What Showrunner does for you

Every show, from the first email to the final payout

Showrunner follows the show the way your team does — booked, advanced, sold, run, settled — and does the paperwork at every step.

01 · Booked

The booking books itself in

Forward the offer, the contract, or the whole thread. Showrunner reads it — in any of 7 languages — and the production record, the fee, the times, and the calendar entry are just there. Nothing retyped, nothing missed.

  • AI email & contract ingestion — 7 languages, attachments included
  • Threads stay current — forward the reply, the record updates itself
  • Phase spine — offer, hold, confirmed, advanced, settled
  • Calendar + ICS sync — Google, Apple, Outlook, every space
02 · Advanced

Advancing without the ping-pong

Contracts come in, get signed in the browser, and fill the record on their own — nothing is ever downloaded to a laptop that could lose it. When details are still missing, Showrunner asks the agent for you, and everyone at the venue sees exactly the part that concerns them.

  • Contracts — received, signed in the browser, never downloaded
  • Advance requests — one link asks the agent for what's missing
  • Riders & files — on the record, not in someone's inbox
  • Roles & visibility — finance sees the deal, the bar sees the rider
03 · On sale

Ticketing that pays you directly

Sell from your own website or a shared link. Ticket money settles into your own Stripe account on Stripe's daily schedule — Showrunner never holds your revenue, and every fee is published on this page.

  • Embedded or linked checkout — on your site, under your name
  • E-tickets — email delivery, QR entry
  • Six currencies — DKK, SEK, NOK, EUR, GBP, CHF
  • Direct payouts — your Stripe account, daily
04 · Show day

Show day runs itself

The runsheet is on every crew phone, the guest list is at the door, and scanning takes under a second — on professional terminals or any phone. Walk-ups buy at the door and pay on their own phone.

  • Show Mode — the live runsheet in every crew pocket
  • Door scanning — pro terminals or any phone, sub-second entry
  • Door sales — walk-ups pay on their own phone
  • Guest lists & comps — named, counted, checked in
05 · Settled

Settled before the crew goes home

Ticket sales, the deal terms, and the costs are already in the record — so the settlement is a review, not an evening of spreadsheets. Export the PDF, send it, done.

  • Settlement reports — P&L, versus and four-wall deals
  • PDF + email — straight to the promoter
  • Promoter share links — live sales, no login needed
  • Settlement lock — final means final
